I went to hike Arthur’s Seat again this morning. (I somehow fell asleep holding my alarm clock.) First I summitted the Salisbury crags, and then when I hiking up to Arthur’s Seat I took a shortcut.
At least, I thought it was a shortcut.
10 minutes later, I found my self on the too-vertical-for-my-comfort face of the hill. I pulled myself up by grabbing on the rocks and clumps of tall grass, and tried not to look down. I eventually got to flat ground, but it took me about 15 minutes of climbing.
Tip: Never do that.
Then I helped Tianjian with some of her grad school work and had breakfast. The rest of my day was spent doing chores, but hopefully tomorrow will be more eventful.
